Ever wonder who Max Frederick’s friends are?

Max Frederick

Max Frederick is a grumpy teacher who leads the group with humor and style. He lives on Lion Street, but he was born in the desert. Actually, he is a rescue cat. His original parents couldn’t take care of him. His father wasn’t around much and his mother had a very big litter of kittens to handle. He is nine years old. He is a proud cat and he likes napping. Since he started the Rotortails, he hasn’t had much time for naps.

Ben

Ben makes all the group’s best jokes. He is an acrobat and studied the craft with circus in the only acrobatic program for cats in the world. He was born in Philadelphia and one of his first acrobatic tricks was jumping off the Liberty Bell when nobody was looking. He is fast on his paws. He learned that from doing stunts when he wasn’t supposed to be. When he senses other people coming he runs away fast. He joined the Rotortails when his parents were going on a trip to Canada but they wound up in California. As soon as he saw Max Frederick and the rest of the crew, he knew he wanted to join.

White

White has always had a strange talent. She turns orange when she is scared. No one knows why, but it just happens. White joined the Rotortails after Max Frederick saw something remarkable. One time, when she saw a dog, she turned orange out of fear, and the dog immediately fainted. Max Frederick knew they needed somebody like that on the team because they needed as many ways of distracting dogs as possible. White is the only member of the team who has a Master’s Degree in being a cat from the famed Meow School in London. She grew up in London because both of her parents are English. She meows with an English accent. She knows all the plays of William Shakespurr by heart.

Leo

You won’t know Leo is around most of the time because he is an expert in camouflage. As a matter of fact, he’s right there. Don’t step on him. He got good at hiding because he is so shy. His family was always soft-spoken with barely a meow exchanged at mealtimes. He was born at the North Pole where he learned to camouflage from polar bears. That’s why white is his favorite camouflage color. He is friends with White because she is naturally his favorite camouflage color. He can also camouflage into other things, including a polar bear and a car, although a small one. See that car over there? That’s him.

Blue

Blue is curious about everything. She is often seen reading a book or magazine. Her favorite magazine is “Cats Jumping On the Couch.” Blue is bravest member of the team. Originally from Hawaii, has been a cliff diver, a professional surfer, a competitive parachutist , and librarian. She made millions in kibble, which is cat currency, but really nowhere to spend it. She has bank account filled with kibble which is gaining interest at 2% a day. She heard the news going around about the Rotortails and told Max Frederick she wanted to join and wouldn’t take no for an answer.

Henry

We can’t tell you much about Henry now. You will learn more about him later. He grew up in Kansas City and likes the blues.
